The paper cup making machine produces paper cups through continuous processes such as automatic paper feeding, bottom flushing, oil filling, sealing, preheating, heating, bottom turning, knurling, crimping, cup withdrawing and cup discharging.
Process flow:
(1) Cup body: fan-shaped Printing Paper embryo with multi-layer laminated materials cut;
Feeding → single suction at the lower side → ultrasonic bonding of cup body → cooling (air cooling) →
(2) Cup bottom: web paper;
Unwinding → paper feeding → cutting → primary thermoforming of cup bottom → secondary thermoforming of cup bottom →
(3) Assembly, molding and packaging of cup body and bottom:
→ > adhesion between the cup body and the cup bottom → high-speed rotating cup mouth forming → bottom knurling → finished paper cup discharge (rapid transmission through negative pressure pipeline) → stacking, counting, bagging and sealing → packing → warehousing.
