A. Polyesters or PET
Polyesters or PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is a clear, tough, stable polymer with exceptional gas and moisture barrier properties. It is often used to contain carbon dioxide (alias carbonation) in soft drinks bottles. Its applications also include film, sheet, fiber, trays, displays, clothing, and wire insulation.

B. CPET
CPET (Crystallized Polyethylene Terephthalate) sheet is made from PET resin that has been crystallized to increase its temperature tolerance. CPET is characterized by high temperature resistance, generally between -40 ~ 200 ℃, is a good material for manufacturing ovenable plastic food trays, lunch boxes, containers. Advantages of CPET: it is curbside recyclable and can go right into the recycle bin after being washed; It is safe for use in the microwave and the freezer; And these food containers also can be reused.

C. Vinyl or PVC
Vinyl or PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) is one of the most common thermoplastic materials. It has very similar properties as PET displaying excellent clarity, puncture resistance, and cling. It is usually produced in sheets that are later formed into a wide range of products. As a film, vinyl breathes the right amount making it ideal for packaging fresh meats.

D. PP
PP (polypropylene) has great high-temperature chemical resistance and is used in manufacturing packaging cup , fruit tray and food container.

E.PS
PS (polystyrene) was the dominating thermoforming material 20 years ago. It has excellent processability and good dimensional stability but limited solvent resistance. Its uses today include food and medical packaging, housewares, toys, furniture, advertising displays, and refrigerator liners.

F.BOPS
BOPS (Biaxially oriented polystyrene) is a commercialized packaging material, which has the advantages of biocompatibility, non-toxic, transparency, light-weight and cost-effective. It is also a new environment-friendly material in food packaging.
